Main Purpose
Ensure that projects stay within timeline specified for each milestone,
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor civil/architectural/finishing processes, and provide technical training to the crew.
- Oversee all activities pertaining to civil/architectural/finishing preparation, placement, and installation, finishing, and curing.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
- Supervise all civil/architectural/finishing works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
- Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
- Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
- Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties.
- Resolve all problems that may affect project quality and completion.
- Consult blueprints, drawings, and plans to ensure that concrete structures are accurately placed and installed.
Qualifications
- Education: Engineering Technical Institute.
- Related Field Experience: 6+ years relevant experience
Technical Qualifications:
- Experience in civil/architectural/finishing disciplines.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
