Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and participate in updating the architectural design standards and guidelines
- Architectural design review to ensure compliance with the design brief, optimum design is achieved and the design integrity is maintained
- Review the submitted architectural designs to ensure integrity with adjacent developments
- Follow-up the architectural design progress and ensure the sign-off, in order to freeze the design and proceed to next stage of design
- Participate in in-house design efforts
- CAD Coordination
- Attend design progress meetings and any other necessary meetings/workshops
- Periodical site visits to ensure design integrity
- Developing architecture in line with client’s needs.
- Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
- Compile project specifications.
- Providing the conceptual design of Architectural drawings or Interior fit-out design requirements by the use of the architectural application.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of running a project from initial concept to completion.
- Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits, and inspections, and prepares related reports.
- Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, models, and mood boards.
- Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Education: Architecture engineering bachelor’s degree.
- Related function experience: 3-5 years’ experience.
- Real estate, construction or engineering consultancy experience is a must
Technical Qualifications:
- MS office – excellent.
- AutoCAD – Excellent
- Revit – Excellent
