Property Consultant

MAJOR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES §  Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions. §  Find new ways and approaches to clients whether through sales or marketing and create a strong referral pipeline and building powerful relationships with them. §  Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services. §  Make cold calls and conduct meetings and showings as possible. §  Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a purchase deal. §  Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale. §  Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make. §  Manage clients closely throughout sales process from prospecting to contract signing. §  Identify and engage brokers. §  Conduct orientation and do visits to the brokers periodically. §  Keep updated with the inventory status update. §  Follow up with the Sales Operations team regarding any matter related to their client whether a unit hold, reservation, contract and lead assignment. §  Use, update and complete data and necessary actions and activities on the CRM system.
EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of experience in sales; Real estate experience is a must.
EDUCATION Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
QUALIFCATION §  Depth Knowledge of MS office §  Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
