The Consultant will provide expert guidance and hands-on support during the pre-opening phase in BOHO Project in Ein El Sokhna to ensure that the hotel is fully prepared to commence operations to international standards.

• Plan, guide, and oversee all aspects of the pre-opening phase.
• Establish operational systems, processes, and teams aligned with best practices.
• Ensure smooth handover from construction to operations.
• Support management in meeting opening timelines, budget, and quality targets.
Job Description:
1. Scope of Work:
The Consultant will work closely with the Owner’s team and future hotel management team to deliver the following:
A. Pre-Opening Planning:
• Review architectural drawings, facilities, and layouts for operational efficiency.
• Advise on FF&E, OS&E, and IT specifications to ensure alignment with brand and operational needs.
B. Policies, Standards & Procedures:
• Advise on creation and adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, security, etc.).
• Recommend health, safety, and hygiene standards compliant with local regulations and international hospitality practices.
C. Procurement & Installation Support:
• Develop OS&E and FF&E lists with technical specifications and quantities.
• Advise on selection of suppliers and participate in bid evaluations.
E. Pre-Opening Operations Setup:
• Assist in setting up back-of-house operations (stores, receiving, laundry, staff areas).
• Guide the installation and testing of IT, PMS, POS, and accounting systems..
F. Marketing & Pre-Opening Sales Support:
• Advise on pre-opening sales and marketing plan in collaboration with owner/appointed marketing team. Recommend digital presence strategy (website, booking channels, social media).
G. Handover & Post-Opening Support:
• Oversee transition from construction to operational team (punch list management).
• Provide presence and guidance during soft opening.

• Pre-opening critical path & timeline.
• OS&E and FF&E specification lists.
• Pre-opening budget and cost reports.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor Degree of Hotels and Tourism or any related field
