Brand Manager

MAJOR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Manage brand strategies and plans execution and budgets planning and consumption.
  • Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail or SMS campaigns.
  • Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
  • Oversee new and ongoing online and offline marketing and advertising activities.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
  • Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
  • Seek opportunities and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
  • Keeps marketing team, project leaders and different departments well informed with projects news.
  • Manage agencies/suppliers and insure premium productivity.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the projects marketing plan.
EXPERIENCE  7+ years of experience in Marketing and brand management.
EDUCATION Bachelor Degree in BA, Marketing Specialization. MBA and marketing diploma holder is plus.
QUALIFICATIONS Fluent English Hands on / excellent knowledge of MS office A proven track record of successful project implementation in real estate organizations or advertising agencies for at least 5 years. Team management experience, hard worker, goal, and results oriented attitude. The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines. Innovative thinking is highly needed.
