ROLE OVERVIEW   The main responsibilities includes but not limited to meeting and assisting customers with regards to their handover related queries of their properties. The key person responsible for handing over of units to customers, conducting Home Orientations and other handover related functions. In addition, the Handover Executive will work closely internally with all relevant departments and colleagues, within the company, and externally with homeowners within the context of company policies and objectives as approved by management.  
MAJOR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES   Conducts unit pre-checks, to ensure that unit is clean & utilities are connected.Attends site visits to determine the units’ status.Meet, greet and accompany customers to their home and community.Creates inspection reports.Updates customer on the facilities/amenities/retail outlets available in their communityCollects units’ keys from the Projects Management department so as to deliver the units to the clients.Coordinates with the CRM Team to set appointments with Clients to hand over their units.Assists the team in making all the needed documents in the handover process.Revises with the financial department any financial settlements with clients before delivery.Follows up on client requests and modifications.Handles any notification or comment from the clients during and after the finishing process.Receive modifications requests and follow up with technical office Site visit should be done to determine the unit status, then a snag list should be done to follow up with the site engineers for any missing items before its delivery within a fixed time frame.Responsible for making all the needed documents in the handover process.Responsible for making all the paperwork and the invoices.Responsible for generating delivery reports, site reports monthly and quarterly.  
EXPERIENCE   2-4 years of experience in customer care and handover.  
EDUCATION   A university degree in Engineering, business and related fields.  
QUALIFICATION   Knowledge of customer service principles and practicesoutstanding Communication skillsAttention to details.Great negotiation and problem-solving skillsTeam work and ability to work under pressure
